## What it does

StockSpy.ai reads any financial article the user has open in their browser and assesses whether it is relevant to the stocks in their personal watchlist. It returns a relevance score (0–100), a reading verdict, and — on request — a detailed Deep Dive with per-ticker signals.

The analysis works like a buy-side equity analyst: it first identifies what each portfolio company actually does, then classifies the news event type, then matches the transmission mechanism to each company's specific business model and development stage.
