Important: StockSpy.ai does not provide financial advice. By using this extension you acknowledge that all analysis is for informational purposes only and that you bear full responsibility for any investment decisions you make.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the StockSpy.ai Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

2. No Financial Advice

The Extension and all content, analysis, scores, signals, and recommendations generated by it are provided strictly for informational and research purposes only. Nothing produced by StockSpy.ai constitutes:

Financial advice or investment advice of any kind
A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial instrument
A solicitation or offer to engage in any investment activity
Tax, legal, or accounting advice

You should always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any security is not indicative of future results.

3. AI Limitations and Accuracy

The analysis provided by StockSpy.ai is generated by an artificial intelligence model. AI systems are known to produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. Specifically:

AI analysis may contain factual errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations of article content
Signals (BULLISH, BEARISH, NEUTRAL) are algorithmic assessments, not human expert opinions
Relevance scores are estimates and may not accurately reflect actual market impact
The Extension does not have access to real-time market data, live prices, or insider information
Analysis quality depends on the quality and availability of the article text extracted

You acknowledge that you use the output of StockSpy.ai at your own risk and that we make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any analysis produced.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Conducting your own independent research before making any investment decision
Verifying any information or analysis produced by the Extension through independent sources
All investment decisions and their financial consequences
Ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

StockSpy.ai offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Elite) billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By purchasing a plan you agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at support@stockspy.ai
We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice
Free tier availability and scan limits may be changed at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension's backend
Use the Extension to generate analysis for redistribution or resale without our written permission
Attempt to circumvent scan limits or license enforcement mechanisms
Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable law, including securities law
Share, transfer, or sell your license key to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including its design, code, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to StockSpy.ai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockSpy.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, financial loss from investment decisions, or loss of data, arising out of your use of the Extension.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockSpy.ai and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
